We are Pieter and Juliette Gruppelaar-Spierings.
We have lived in Portugal since 1988, after giving up our jobs in Holland as a land surveyor and civil engineer. In 4 years we managed to buy the whole Quinta, on which the houses were falling down and the land was neglected. In the last 10 years we reconstructed the houses in the original style and made the land look like it had been formerly.
We hope, together with our 2 sons Virgílio (1990) and Melle (1992) who were born here, to welcome you and to make sure you will have a pleasant stay!
