You will find three of the six double rooms in Casa Anexo. The other rooms are in Casa Principal.
In this house is also the reception, and you will be welcomed by the owners, Pieter and Juliette Gruppelaar-Spierings who have their residence here.
When the weather is good you can enjoy your breakfast or a drink on the veranda of this house overlooking the river Dão.
When it is cooler weather, breakfast  will be served in the large "sala" of this house.

The guests of the rooms can make use of a refrigerator, a microwave and a electric water boiler in the sala. Tea and coffee are always available (for free).
There are several restaurants between 5 and 10 km. We will indicate the good ones for you.

If you choose to rent a room in Casa Principal or Casa Anexo you have at your disposal:

• A twin bedroom or a double bedroom (+ 1 extra bed) with river view
• A private bathroom
• A private veranda (3 of the rooms)
• The use of the large sitting/dinning room with open fire place
• The use of a refrigerator, a microwave and an electric water boiler
• The use of the large veranda of the house
• Central heating and TV
• Breakfast, included in the price
• All the facilities Quinta do Rio Dão has to offer
