Casa Anexo - upper part
The upper part of Casa Anexo has two, almost identical bedrooms, one on the ground floor, with a double bed, and one on on the upper floor, with 2 single beds. Both rooms have views over the river and private bathrooms, and can be fitted with 1 extra bed, for children.
There is a large living room, also with river view, and a spacious and well equipped kitchen.

The covered patio with the rustic stone oven and barbecue, close to the kitchen, and the 2 terraces beside the house are beautiful spots to enjoy outdoor meals or have a drink in the open air.

Holidays between the Serra da Estrela and the Serra do Buçaco
The proximity of countless points of interest makes the Quinta do Rio Dão a very attractive proposition for a holiday in central Portugal. The Serra do Buçaco, with its National Forest containing trees and vegetation from all corners of the world, is only a 30 minute drive a way, and, just over an hour to the south, you can find the highest mountain range in the Portuguese mainland, the Serra da Estrela. Other place well worth a visit include the mountain ranges of the Serra do Caramulo, the Serra do Açor, among many others.
